Assignment #4 - Graded

This assignment is worth 15 points and will be due October 14, 2008. So, continuing on from Assignment #3, complete the following:

2) Let's say you are an "average" American based on that article. How many total miles are spent driving to work in one week?
3) Now, if you are like a typical American, you are doing more driving than just to work and back. In an average week, I drive around 350 miles per week! Use this equation, 350/mpg x P = T (mpg = whatever your car's mpg is, P = local gas price, T = total cost) to find out how much you will spend on gas in one week.
Bonus - could you write an equation to find out how much you spend on gas in one month?And finally, if you didn't originally chose a hybrid car, are you interested in one now??!!
